You read that right - for free.
All patients in the Milestones Strength Club program and their immediate family members can workout for free.

Covid is a real concern in crowded gyms. We are covid cautious. Your workout is by appointment only. There will be no other people in the gym except whomever you bring with you, and the equipment is sterilized after each use.
