This is the tetanus and pertussis booster required for 7th grade.
This is the HPV vaccine. It is the optional vaccine to prevent cervical and other related types of cancer.
This is the meningitis vaccine. It prevents a certain type of bacterial meningitis. It is optional in mid and high school. Some universities require it.
This is the seasonal flu vaccine. Multiple products are kept in inventory.
