This is the measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine. It is given at 12 months and again at 4 years.
This is the chickenpox vaccine. It is given at 12 months and again at 4 years.
This is the hepatitis A vaccine. It is given at 12 months and again at 2 years.
This is the 4th dtap vaccine. It is a booster given at 12-15 months.
This is the fourth hib vaccine - a booster dose given at 12-15 months.
This is the fourth pneumococcal vaccine - a booster dose given at 12-15 months.
